Margaret Maisel brings 30 years of experience to the firm. She has been a staunch advocate of the rights of workers in the State of Texas. She has served as former Chairman of the Texas Industrial Accident Board and handled thousands of cases on behalf of injured workers before the Accident Board and Commission. She currently focuses her practice in the area of disabled workers as they pursue their claims in the Social Security Disability system. She was recently profiled as "A Woman of Substance" by St. Mary's University which speaks for itself in terms of her stature in the community.
